The Southeast’s data science hackathon.

Hacklytics is a 36-hour data science and AI hackathon run by Data Science @ GT at the Klaus Advanced Computing Building in Atlanta, February 26–28, 2027.

Room for 1,000+ hackers. It costs nothing to attend: meals and swag are covered.

Who can come?
Any student currently enrolled at a university who is 18 or older. For discrepancies, reach out to our team.
Is it free?
Yes. Meals, snacks and swag during the event are covered.
How long is it?
36 hours, Friday evening Feb 26 to Sunday Feb 28, 2027.
How many people come?
There is room for 1,000+ hackers.
What are the tracks?
Finance, Sports Analytics, Healthcare and Entertainment. Sponsor challenges stack on top of a track.
Team size?
Maximum of four. Solo and smaller teams are fine.
Where do I apply?
Applications are not open yet. Get notified and we’ll tell you when they do.
Can you participate virtually?
No. Hacklytics 2027 is fully in person at the Klaus Advanced Computing Building in Atlanta.
What if I don’t have a team?
Many people show up solo. We run a team-building session after opening ceremony to help you find teammates.
What is the MLH Code of Conduct?
All participants follow the MLH Code of Conduct. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
